HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
Shipping is completely free for the products you buy from kroisosnumismatic.com. No additional shipping charges will be charged to your order total and invoice at the time of ordering.
WHEN WILL MY CARGO REACH?
The orders you place on our site are delivered to the cargo company within 2 working days at the latest. You can check the status of your order from the Past Orders tab under My Account.
WHEN WILL THE PRODUCT I BUY BE DELIVERED?
Your order is sent to the delivery address you specified during working hours (weekdays and Saturdays) between 09:00 and 18:00.
CAN I CHANGE THE BUYER OR DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order, check your order from the My Account tab. You can share your new buyer information or new address with us via the contact page.
IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS?
Cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays.
MY ORDER WAS NOT IN MY ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you cannot be found at your address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us.
WHY SEND THE INVOICE ON THE PACKAGE?
It is legally obligatory to send the invoice of your order on the package and to write your name and surname.
RETURNS
You can return the products you bought from kroisosnumismatic.com within 14 days from the delivery date at the latest by cargo with a counter payment. If the specified period is exceeded, the refund process is not carried out. Returns and exchanges of unpaid, used and resaleable or damaged products that have expired will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you against payment. After your return is reviewed by the relevant units of Kroisos Lab, the process will begin by getting back to you. When your return is approved, the product fee will be refunded within 5 working days at the latest if you are contacted through your contact number. The next process is completely dependent on your bank and our site has no right to interfere with your bank. The entire price of the product you have purchased in installments is returned to your credit card, but the refund of the refund is reflected to your credit card by your bank, again in installments. If the product price has been paid by Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be made to your account within 5 working days. Our site is not responsible for delays caused by unreachable contact numbers.
HOW MANY DAYS IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE TIME?
The right of withdrawal without giving any reason in the Consumer Law includes only the first 14 days following the day you receive the product. If you want to return it due to any defect in the product, this period extends up to 30 days.
THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Defective product, wrong product, wrong color etc. originating from kroisosnumismatic.com site. You can return the shipments without paying the shipping fee by contacting us via our contact page within 30 days from the delivery date of the product without losing its salable feature. Outside of this period, your products cannot be returned or exchanged in any way.
